Safe QLD is built for the buildings other contractors sub out. We hold the design, drafting, project management, installation, programming, commissioning and ongoing maintenance of fire protection systems in house, which means a hydraulic consultant, a head contractor or a facility manager running a portfolio deals with one accountable party rather than four. Sprinkler mains, pumpsets and tanks, detection and EWIS, hydrants and passive fire all sit under the same contract, the same schedule and the same digital reporting.

That capability is not a claim on a brochure. It is a complete in-house team of industry experts and technicians, QBCC licensed, with in-house specialist electrical contractors, backed by a fleet of service and installation technicians and 24/7 on-call coverage from the Gold Coast to the Sunshine Coast within a 2 hour response. We work to the standards your certifier and your insurer will be reading, and we coordinate directly with the engineers and consultants who sign off the design.

Fire Sprinkler Systems

Design, installation, modification, certification and maintenance of automatic sprinkler systems, pumped or un-pumped. Alarm valve sets, flow switches, mains and ranges, tenancy fitout modifications and full AS 1851 routines including annual testing and five-yearly comprehensive assessment. We handle isolations, staged cutovers and live-building works without shutting your tenants down.

Fire Pumps & Water Storage

Diesel and electric fire pumpsets, jockey pumps, controllers, suction and discharge arrangements, storage tanks and their level and condition monitoring. Monthly runs under load, annual performance testing against the rated duty point, controller fault finding, pump replacement and tank works. Pumped or un-pumped, Safe QLD has the equipment and expertise required to keep the water there when it is called for.

Fire Detection Systems, Panels & VESDA

Fire indicator panels, addressable loops, aspirating smoke detection including ASD and VESDA, Securitron and Wagner systems, EWIS and occupant warning. Panel replacements, loop extensions, cause-and-effect programming and full monthly, six-monthly, annual and five-yearly routines by QBCC licensed technicians, 24/7, within a 2 hour response from the Gold Coast to the Sunshine Coast.

Drafting & Planning

Shop drawings, block plans and coordinated services layouts so the install is resolved on paper before anyone is on site.

Project Management & QA

Programme, procurement, site coordination, ITPs and quality records, reported to the builder or principal at the frequency you require.

Specialist Installation

Pipework, pumpsets, panels, field devices and programming installed by our own technicians, including staged and after-hours works.

Methodical Commissioning

Full cause-and-effect testing, flow and pressure verification and witnessed commissioning, documented for handover and certification.

Service & Maintenance
