Managing Director

Matt Anderson

With 30 years of fire protection, design and installation experience, Matt is one of Queensland's premier fire specialists. His background spans three decades across fire protection systems, portable fire appliances, passive fire protection, emergency lighting, electrical contracting, sprinkler systems, hydrant, hose reel and tank systems, and fire design consultancy. Matt leads a team of specialist fire protection technicians and consultants built for increasingly demanding compliance requirements.

Service Manager

Lachlan Hayes

Lachlan runs the service side of Safe QLD, so if your building is on a maintenance contract he is the one making sure it happens on time. Close to 15 years in commercial fire protection, coming up through the trade as an Electrical Fitter Mechanic, means he has worked hands on with the equipment he now looks after. Clients stay with Lachlan because he is straight with them, answers his phone, turns up when he says he will, and keeps the compliance paperwork in order without being chased.

Jacob Thompson

Jacob is an expert in commercial fire protection with over 20 years of specialised experience in fire design, special hazards, gaseous systems and project management. His extensive background gives him the ability to handle even the most complex projects, and what truly sets Jacob apart is his acute eye for detail. His commitment to delivering projects on schedule, without compromising quality and compliance, has earned him his place within South East Queensland's construction industry.
